Bad fuel injector leaking raw fuel down the intake. Fuel regulator failure allowing too much pressure which could push fuel past the injectors.

False on that one. Multi-point fuel injection systems share a common fuel rail with a constant pressure (provided the pump is healthy). Every injector but one could be plugged up and the one clean injector will still receive the same amount of opening time at a constant pressure.

Turn ignition on and check for voltage at injectors (roughly 5v). If you have constant voltage with the truck not running then it is a possible short or faulty computer. Sounds like your injector is just stuck open all the time. Could be mechanical failure on injector(s).
